Shipping policy

At The FUELING GUMMIES™, We partner with a diverse selection of couriers worldwide, each carefully chosen to deliver the highest quality service for their respective destinations. 

We require 2-5 working days on average to fulfil your order & transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 7 days) 

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes).

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with tracking number where your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.

For shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business day ago and there is no information on your tracking number, please contact us on your email.

In countries where shipping fees apply, these charges are generally minimal and are sometimes necessary to ensure that your goods are shipped with the most appropriate carrier for your order and destination.

While most orders are delivered within 7 to 12 business days, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors such as high demand and changes in courier policies. Occasionally, delays may occur while the order is in transit or at customs.

Due to high order volumes, current average shipping times range from 9 to 14 business days, depending on your location. To minimize delays, we collaborate closely with our suppliers and third-party shipping partners. However, recent global events may impact shipping times.
